The Young Leaders is a premier non-profit Indian youth leadership program dedicated to providing quality education and development opportunities to children from humble backgrounds. Our youth leadership development approach is committed to building safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments where every child can thrive.
Through collaboration we identify and support children at risk of dropping out, strengthening their literacy, numeracy, communication, and life skills.
When formal schooling is disrupted, we provide structured support and second-chance learning opportunities ensuring children continue their education with dignity and confidence.

Comprehensive Holistic Support in Youth Leadership
We provide comprehensive support including school fees, books, uniforms, digital learning access, and emotional guidance to ensure uninterrupted education.
Mentorship & Guidance in Youth Development
Through regular mentoring and guidance, we help children stay motivated, overcome challenges, and build confidence in their academic journey.
Progress Monitoring in Youth Leadership Programs
