The American real estate market is dead!
Sell your property before it’s too late!
Invest overseas before America crumbles for good!
Why buy when you can rent says Joe six-pack?
While many unknowledgeable Americans are running around like chickens with their heads cut off, waiting for the sky to fall in on the real estate market, savvy investors are looking at now as a great time to snap up property bargains and get the rare steal of a deal.
The sad thing is that many mortgage brokers are not sufficiently equipped and educated to help these savvy investors and those regular folks who want to make the move from renting to buying. This is just one reason why these mortgage brokers need to consider continuing education in real estate. One mortgage broker who did consider continuing education in real estate was Henry Blank, a 38 year old husband and father of two from a mid-size town in Georgia.
Henry Blank had tried many professions in his life including truck driver, insurance salesman, health center manager and even lawn care technician, which was Henry’s slick term for grass cutter guy. Henry was good at just getting by and no matter what job he held he always seemed like he was able to support his family, albeit barely. However one day, Henry decided that his dream job was as a mortgage broker. His Grandpa had been a mortgage broker from the turn of the century until the late 1920s and Henry had always looked up to his grandfather Mack as the epitome of professionalism, kindness and tranquility.
After passing the state test, Henry decided to apply for a job with a local mortgage company and to his surprise was hired on the spot. His first year on the job was enjoyable. He enjoyed helping people rather then trying to sell them insurance they may never use and which may never be paid out if they did need it. He enjoyed going to work every day, bringing home a steady paycheck and seeing his wife and two daughters smile when he would surprise them with a treat now and then. However, while Henry was enjoying life as he always did, one thing was the same. Henry was still just scraping by.
After a long chat with his wife Linda one Sunday evening, Henry decided that if he wanted to have something he never had before, he would have to do something he had never done before. The next morning he signed up for continuing education in real estate training. Henry was determined to be the best mortgage broker he could be!
In the next 12 months Henry became the top mortgage broker at his company and earned an income far beyond what he had hoped for when he first decided he would sign up for continuing education in real training.
Today Henry can be found in his office on Main Street, helping client after client, just the way his Grandfather Mack would have, and Henry will be the first to tell you that as a mortgage broker continuing education in real estate is a must if you want to help turn this so-called financial crisis around and help the folks that want help!
